Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account and using FCRush.ge you agree to everything below.

1. Acceptance & eligibility
By signing in you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account
You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for all activity on your account, for keeping your login secure, and for providing accurate information. One account per person.
3. Payments & entry fees
Tournament and league entry fees are paid by bank transfer (BOG/TBC). A team or registration becomes active only after an admin manually confirms the payment. Always include the requested reference when transferring.
4. Refunds
Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament or season has started. If an event is cancelled by the organizers, paid entry fees are returned.
5. Fair play & conduct
Cheating, smurfing, account sharing, result manipulation and abusive behavior are prohibited and lead to disqualification without refund. Match disputes are resolved by admins based on submitted screenshots; admin decisions are final.
6. Prizes
Prizes are paid according to the published amounts after results are verified. Any taxes or fees on winnings are the recipient's responsibility.
7. Personal data
We process the data needed to run accounts and tournaments (e.g. Discord ID and username, email). Data is handled in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and is not sold to third parties.
8. Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. FCRush.ge is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts (EA Sports). We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Any dispute is resolved under Georgian law.
